1. Custom Manufacturing – Final Sale

All products and services provided by Printmint are custom-made based on customer specifications, uploaded files, or approved designs.
For this reason, all sales are final once production has begun.

2. Eligible Refunds or Reprints

Printmint may offer a refund or reprint at its discretion if:

  • The printed item does not match the approved specifications

  • There is a manufacturing defect caused by Printmint

  • The item is damaged during shipping

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and clear photos and a description must be provided.

3. Not Eligible for Refunds or Reprints

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:

  • Errors, defects, or limitations in customer-provided files

  • Fitment, tolerance, or functional issues due to design limitations

  • Normal characteristics of 3D printing, including:

    • Layer lines

    • Minor surface imperfections

    • Color variation between materials or print batches

  • Failure of parts under real-world use or stress

  • Change of mind after production has started

  • Items printed from files later determined to be copyrighted or unlicensed, where the customer confirmed they had rights

4. Design Services

  • Fees for design, modeling, or file modification services are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Revisions, if offered, are limited to what was agreed upon during quoting.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Print Failures

If a print fails due to Printmint equipment or process, the item will be reprinted at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before production begins will receive a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after production begins are not refundable.

7. Shipping Issues

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Printmint will assist with the carrier’s claim process

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier’s resolution

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Refusal of Service

Printmint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these policies or applicable laws. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
